Each session is crafted with the beginner in mind, offering a supportive and non-intimidating environment where you can comfortably learn and grow. By committing just 40 minutes of your day, you'll embark on a path to improved health and well-being, alongside a community of like-minded individuals. Our expert instructors are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring a fulfilling workout that fits perfectly into your busy schedule.

Winter Garden Youth Academy - Wednesdays and Thursdays
The Academy in Winter Garden is currently playing! Players can register at anytime.
• The Academy is held weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays (choose from one or both days)
• Veterans Memorial Park, 415 S Park Ave, Winter Garden, FL 34787
• Monthly - $75/player for Youth (ages 5+) and $55/player for PeeWee (ages 3-4)

Winter Park Youth Academy - Mondays - Year-round
We are excited to be a part of the Winter Park community! We are still new, but growing quickly!
